What People Are Saying
How do I know if coaching is for me?
Do you enjoy reflection and learning about yourself? Could you benefit from new perspective? Would a skilled listener and guide with powerful questions help you clarify and forge your path?
If you said yes to any of these questions, then coaching could be for you.
Anyone at any stage of their career or life can benefit from coaching.
Through coaching you uncover eye-opening insights and gain concrete tools that can boost your effectiveness and fulfillment in all aspects of your work and life. Coaching is a highly tailored experience.
We start by getting to know you and your goals. Then we partner on an approach that meets your needs and learning style. I combine my certification as a healing-centered coach and my training in somatic practices and trauma-sensitive coaching with the leadership, career, and executive coaching skills I’ve gained from over a decade of experience hiring, leading, and developing layered teams in complex organizations.
Coaching can include the following:
Clarifying what most matters to you–your goals, values, and how you want to show up and be seen
Mining past experiences for patterns in your strengths, what enlivens you and what doesn’t, as well as your areas for improvement
Examining the distance between your intentions and impact and determining how to meaningfully bridge that gap
Uncovering underlying beliefs and mindsets that may be limiting your possibilities and growth
Understanding your socialization and identities and how those influence your internal and external experience and responses
Exploring alternative perspectives and paths and what they could open up for you
Structuring big goals into smaller meaningful steps
Communicating authentically, clearly, and with heart and courage
Developing healthier interactions and relationships at work, at home, and in your community
Guided activities to help you identify opportunities that are a strong fit
Introspective and playful modalities of self-discovery and experimentation
Coaching on tools related to your goals like resumes, cover letters, passion projects, and stakeholder communications
Designing accountability systems and structures to set you up for success
